February 24 - February 25

event venue auditorium meeting 1597531 e1702733717329

The country of India is making strides in the legal, regulatory, and geopolitical landscape that are impacting foreign direct investment in its rapidly growing economy. While many countries are facing a slowdown, India remains a hopeful beacon. The influx of foreign investment in India continues to rise, with a particular focus on e-commerce, manufacturing, and fintech industries. India’s successful G20 Conference has established it as a leader in the “Global South”, and the nation stays ahead of the curve with significant developments in data, climate action, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and various regulatory reforms. On the geopolitical front, India has cemented its position as a stable alternative to other jurisdictions in South-East Asia, making it a valuable ally for the West and the United States, as stated by The Economist. The Seminar will showcase the best of India’s financial capital, featuring top experts from both the country and the world, highlighting the new era of conducting business in India.

The structure of the text will be altered while maintaining the same meaning and context in order to avoid any plagiarism. The markdown formatting will also be preserved.
